Strengthscope

Strengthscope measures work related strengths to help individuals and teams optimise their strengths and improve performance and engagement at work.

Measured strengths are divided into four groups: emotional, relational, thinking and execution strengths.

The Strengthscope profile provides information on:

  • Your significant strengths (being those underlying qualities which energize you and which you are great at or have the potential to become great at)
  • Strengths in overdrive and associated behaviours
  • Your critical performance risks and how to deal more positively with these
  • If taking the 360 profile it also indicates the extent to which colleagues/stakeholders perceive you to be using your strengths effectively.

ASTA9 - high performing teams

ASTA9 measures team architecture and helps you to enhance team performance and effectiveness and find ways to improve complex teams in complex organisations.

  • Strategy and direction
  • Decision making

My360Plus

  • My360Plus is a rigourously tested, valid test which is used for developing individuals and teams in organisations around the world.
  • The model uses specific behaviours that have been shown to predict superior performance when people are faced with dynamic, fast moving, complex situations.  So when the working environment is competitive and changing quickly, the Schroder model identifies the leaders who will take their teams or organisations on to not only survive but thrive.
  • The 12 behaviours cluster into 4 groups labelled Think, Involve, Inspire and Do and measure how we perform cognitively with change, performance in the team environment, providing direction and influencing others and driving performance through making things happen proactively.
